Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
This page is the data deletion instructions for the Facebook app Udbhabon Soft (App ID 1426947531864051), operated by Udbhabon (উদ্ভাবন). It explains how to request deletion of personal data that Udbhabon stores after you sign in with Facebook or connect a Facebook account through this app. Removing the app in Facebook does not by itself delete data stored on Udbhabon's servers. Use the request steps below.
Data we may hold from Meta
Depending on the permissions you grant to Udbhabon Soft, we may store your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile picture, and the Facebook Page or business information you choose to share when you sign in.
We use this data to identify your account and to provide the Udbhabon service you signed in to. We do not sell it.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@udbhabon.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.
In the email include: your Facebook name, the email address on your Facebook account, the Facebook user ID if you have it, and the Udbhabon product or business name if you signed in for a customer account.
We will email you to confirm that we received the request. We will delete the personal data we hold for that Facebook user, or tell you if we cannot find a matching record.
How long deletion takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of a request that contains enough information to identify the account. You will receive an email when the deletion is finished.
What is deleted and what may be kept
We delete the Facebook profile fields and access tokens stored for the identified account.
We may keep records we are required to retain for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or security, such as invoices and security logs. Those records are not used to sign you in.
Remove the app in Facebook
You can also disconnect Udbhabon Soft from your Facebook account. On the web, open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Open Udbhabon Soft and choose Remove. You may also choose to delete activity associated with the app. On the Facebook mobile app, open the menu, then Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then Udbhabon Soft, then Remove.
After you remove the app, still email info@udbhabon.com if you want Udbhabon to delete data stored on our servers. Facebook's removal step does not delete that copy.
