You may browse the site for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt to break security, overload systems, scrape in a way that harms performance, or use the site to distribute malware or spam. We may suspend access when we reasonably need to protect infrastructure or investigate abuse.

Materials on the site (including product descriptions and blog-style content) describe capabilities at a high level. They are not legal, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for how you run your business and comply with applicable laws.

Hosted products, on‑prem deployments, custom development, and support are governed by the specific proposal, order, or license you agree to with us. Until that exists, nothing on this site promises a fixed price, timeline, or feature set. Demos and screenshots illustrate direction, not a binding specification.

Udbhabon retains rights to our pre‑existing software, frameworks, documentation, and branding. Customer‑specific work is allocated as stated in your contract—typically you receive a license to use what you paid for, not unrestricted ownership of our entire codebase unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Our products may integrate with third‑party APIs, identity providers, or data sources. Their terms and availability are outside our control; outages or policy changes on their side can affect functionality.

The site and any downloadable marketing assets are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the public site. Service‑level commitments, if any, belong in your commercial agreement, not in these general terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Udbhabon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or from informal pre‑contract discussions. For paid services, any caps or exclusions are defined in the governing customer agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site or our marks in a way that causes claims against us. If you materially misrepresent your authority to bind an organization, you accept personal responsibility for resulting issues.

Unless your customer contract says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising solely from public website use. Enterprise customers may negotiate different venue in their signed agreements.

We can update these terms periodically. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for site usage.
