Where a small factory starts with ERP

When a factory asks for ERP, the request often includes payroll, sales, and machine maintenance on day one. The question that actually blocks a small factory is simpler: what was made today, how much raw material it used, and whether the finished goods reached the store.

Shilpo keeps production, stock, and the supply chain. Factory output figures are not on this page. There is no catalog price. The quote follows the scope.

The first month

1. A list of finished goods and raw materials. Do not keep two materials under one name.
2. How much raw material one order consumes. Without that ratio, stock falls by guesswork.
3. Goods that left the line stay separate until they are sold. Production and sales are not one column.
4. Supplier dues in their own book. If the raw-material price is wrong, the next batch’s cost is wrong.

Payroll and the auditor’s format come later. The shelf and the batch have to match first. Contact us and we can say which line to load first. We will not say the whole factory moves in a week.
