How a custom software quote is set

“What does custom software cost” is not one line. Work that already has a price is on the pricing page. Work that is not on that list gets a figure after the scope is written down.

What has to be known first

• Who opens the software every day, and which question blocks them
• Which notebook or spreadsheet holds that answer now
• How many people need a login
• Whether old records must be imported
• Whether the screens need to be in Bangla
• Which tasks stop when the internet drops, and which do not

A week count or a taka range given without those six items changes later. That is why this page does not say “30 days” or “from 50,000.”
