Coaching centre batches and fees

A coaching centre or a computer training centre does not have “class nine.” It has a batch: a start, an end, and a course. If the software pretends a batch is a school class, the next batch’s name breaks.

Protiva has a separate template for a training centre. National Computer And Education Center (NCEC), Saidpur Plaza, has 355 students on record. The list was imported. Staff were not asked to retype everyone.

What a batch holds

• Course name and length in months
• The students in this batch
• The course fee, and a monthly fee on its own line if there is one
• When the batch ends, the list closes. The person’s record is not deleted

A new batch does not absorb the old batch’s dues. Those dues stay on the batch that earned them.

Some of the 355 have finished a course. This page does not say 355 people are in a room today. The number is the record count. Protiva’s published prices are on the pricing page.
